Eric makes a great suggestion. Below is a link to info on making the advanced alignment check and how to interpret it. Down at the bottom of the page it goes line by line on the alignment print-out to let you know what you're looking at, in case you need this (maybe you don't, and if so I apologize for underestimating your knowledge).
