I have CS, CS2 and CS3 running on the same drive, no problems, you can even run 2 and 3 at 
the same time... that is on Mac with tiger... can't speak for windows... it does automatically 
change your default to CS3 on installation, a bother but no problem as all earlier PS versions 
seem to open without problems.. was skeptical at first, but now will buy when it is released...  
has a lot of good tricks... check russell brown's tutorials
