I have yet to see an acceptable Eboni black on a luster paper. Once I got past the novice 'cartridge-refiller' issues, it's running smoothly--no clogs, air bubbles, or any other hardware-related problems. Now I am sorting out paper selection, and for the moment, I am using Red River Premium Matte - 50 lb C2S. 'Standardizing' on that paper is eliminating one variable while I learn the editing and printing process. Needless to say, I'm NOT keen to try to switch out to PK black with a CIS. QUESTION: Are there any Lustre papers that Eboni will work well with? I have some RR UltraPro Satin and RR Polar Satin on hand. Any and all tips will be much appreciated. Thanks-- Jim H.
