Digital BW, The Print

I totally agree with all the answers in this thread.
However ther is a slight problem with the 3800 that I posted on Epson 
Wide format group, but with no answer. I have also confronted Swedish 
support with this.

"When using the front feed function with the 3800printer, I enden up
with a very destroyed hahnemulepaper. I then discovered two plastic
things interferring with the paper path, catching the paper before it
leaves the printer. Is this a mistake in my printer, or is it built in
this stupid way?"

So take care when printing on expensive but beautiful paper.
