Listen to the man. He's telling you that it doesn't matter what *we* 
think is logical because it's not logical to the *machine.* If the 
machine won't do it, the machine won't do it. No need to believe us, 
however, when you can try it yourself. Replace your gloss cart with your 
matte cart and see.
