Hello Eric,

I've been using the R220 with Premier Matte C2S 210gms paper.

This paper has a natural curl. If I run the paper with the inside curl
its engages freely but I get ink smears at the other end.

If I run the paper with the outside curl, it refuses to engage and I
have the same problems you've described. So I use a carton backing
curled in the opposite direction and this exerts an even pressure at
the base of the inkjet paper which engages more freely.
