Hi, in order to save money I ordered some MIS Pro inks ... but then had another idea: desirous of the achieving the economy and lightfastness of the MIS UT7 inks, but also needing to do *some* colour printing, I wondered if it was feasible to swap the whole inkset between Greyscale and Ultrachrome for batches of colour and BW printing. I figure it's no different than changing from matte to photo black, except I'd be changing all seven carts. Is there any reason why this would be unworkable? (Except for the nuisance involved and having to do my colour and BW printing in batches rather than on demand, as I can now with the more expensive Ultrachromes.) I can't afford to run two machines and don't have the space either. Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks, Richard -- http://smallfield.vze.com http://photos.smallfield.vze.com (Photos web site) http://warkworth.vze.com/ (Warkworth photo essay) http://picasaweb.google.com/rsmallfield/ (Recent work) "Do not worry about your difficulties in Mathematics.
