Thank you for that tip - I'm having a little better luck with the single feed top loader - I 
will try your technique with the back feeder. 

Now I have another problem. I'm thrilled with the color match I'm getting from this printer 
with the Epson profiles, however, the B&W's are printing very strangely. I'm using 
Advanced Black and White mode and the highest quality print settting, and high speed is 
unchecked, but the images are really light and high contrast. The shadows are blocked up 
- the mid tones are all too light.

Does anyone have any tips for B&W printing?
