I've tested this paper (and other similar Innovas) with the R220 and MIS EZ-Warm/neutral hybrid set. I got similar results to Silver Rag and similar papers although I prefer the Innova paper texture. It sounds silly, but are you sure you're printing on the right side of the paper? There really shouldn't be much of any gloss differential on the "glossy" side. I use the same settings (including ICC) as for Ultra Premium Glossy Photo Paper and it works fine.
