I was questioned about this and not having any Elements experience,
did some googling about it. There are settings that effect which space
you are working in, I just don't recall if it tags the files when saving.
For a conversion to an output profile, I would think QImage needs to
know what to convert from.
Do some searching, it sounds doable to me.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
