Digital BW, The Print

hello,
  When I download the profiles for the epson papers, or any papers for that matter, how do I get them from the file I load them to either the QTR or the epson printer page. 
   
  I educated my self on profiles thru several articles being I didn' t get a response on my post as to learning profiles,  but nowhere was it mentioned as to how they get from one place to the other so they can be used.
