In adition unlike in the US Epson will have to declare what is in the "Proprietary dyes and Pigments               -                       <5%  "   
 
 Proprietary organic materials                  -                                              5 - 10%     
 
to any EU buyer of their Products so that the can show that, they, the buyer, is in compliance with the R.G.
 
I suspect there will be solvent traces some where in those inks particularly where Close coupled Dye molecules are used.
