Glossy Quality RE: [Digital BW] Re: Damned good glossy prints

Eric

I sometimes use a hair dryer (has no visible effect on gloss) to
hasten 'dry-up' if I want to do a quick densitometer reading, but
I've done no sytematic 'research' into it. I have tried to dry-mount
the Ultra-smooth after a Premierart coating, and ruined the print
completely. Dry-mounting before coating was better, but still tricky.
Heat applied that way killed the gloss, but in a very patchy way.
