Just got my 3800. Followed instructions perfect!!!! And out came the first print blank. Ran a clean cycle. BLANK. Ran another test. BLANK. Called Epson preferred care and they told me the same steps to follow. BLANK. I am now having to call someone in Denver to get the NEW out of the box 3800 fixes. I am not happy Darrell E.
