Re: [Digital BW] Epson 3800

2007-12-08 by Brian Ellis

I had to return my first 3800 because of a feed problem (which in retrospect
I now think was more my problem than the printer's). When Epson sent me the
replacement the same thing happened to me - blank prints. But I kept running
cleaning cycles and after about 6 or 8 cycles everything was fine and has
been fine since. Do you get totally blank nozzle checks?

Just got my 3800. Followed instructions perfect!!!! And out came the first
print blank. Ran a clean cycle. BLANK. Ran another test. BLANK. Called Epson
preferred care and they told me the same steps to follow. BLANK. I am now
having to call someone in Denver to get the NEW out of the box 3800 fixes. I
am not happy
