You are trying to use the vacuum method, using the syringe with the flow
regulators (or whatever they are really called) as in the instruction
manual? If so, something is off in your technique. Perhaps you have removed
tape from some of the holes so that a vacuum within the cart can not be
made?

You make mention of stock solutions but provide no link. Please provide more
specifics as to the parts you are using and the techniques you are employing
and someone may be able to help.
