It looks almost like a solarizing effect. I posted a message about that a month ago. Since then I didn't find a solution. I checked step by step all my settings according to Pauls workflow, I am using a Nikon 4000 scanner and I don't see those problems on the monitor when I blow up the picture.(so it is rather not a scanning problem). I am absolutely sure that it is something that I am doing wrong here, since so many people a very happy with the set. The problem is I don't know what. I was using the Original MIS set before and apart that it was a bit too warm for me I had never experienced those things then. I really love the Neutral tone of the VM set and I don't want to go back but this shadow problem is making my nights sleepless. I remember that a few months ago someone on this list was describing a similar problem but I couldn't find his message on the archives. Any help or suggestions from the listmembers are appreciated. Steve let me know when You solve the problem, Piotr Janowski Greeting to everybody from Warsaw, Poland
