Anybody that can make ICC profiles can make them to print neutral, sepia, split tone, etc. So while there are those that offer software and hardware to do this and those that charge for doing it, there is nothing to stop someone from giving them away for free. Making good ICC profiles that can be used to make images on a page appear as desired, color and B&W in all it's tones, would benefit many. Q Image allows for that to happen.
