Digital BW, The Print

I will be building a default Neutral profile. This allows for minor-to- 
medium hue tuning in ABW as the driver re-maps K ink for each  
different hue angle. If people want ICCs for really extreme  
tonalities, they will need to go somewhere else if the ABW icc that I  
create doesn't work anymore.

I can create RGB ICCs for on-screen proofing, but this may very well  
be over-kill and confuse people.
