Are you unplugging the device the profile is for that seems to be 'lost'?

Vista seems to unload calibration profiles. Until this is resolved by driver fixes or changes in the operating system, load profiles manually with the "Calibration Loader"

Has anyone else had this issue?

Why unplugging something from the usb port should do this though, is beyond me.
