Frankly, if I were printing a lot of true, dark sepia tone, I'd either 
use an OEM K3 or blended B&W ink mix that included Epson M and Y (not 
my favorite MIS pigments).  In practice, what I find is that MIS carbon 
on some papers is warm enough for me, though I have not seen a good 
carbon that can actually reach the true sepia tones.
