Re: MIS 1400 auto reset carts

2008-06-20 by Tyler Boley

well, I'd say the odds are pretty stinkin' good eh???

After reading all of this, I pulled out the carts and put in Epson
carts, all starts up fine.
So, I'll put the MIS carts back in and see what happens. I sure would
like some fill info for them though, a confusing array of plugs came
with. Nothing on the site, nothing included with the carts, no return
service call.
Andre, I know there is no restter, apparently Epson has come up with
the first non-hackable chip. But the "auto" restting is supposed to
occur by shutting down and restarting the printer, if I recall. It
doesn't just happen all by itself...
Thanks Eric, been wiggling and wiping the whole time.
Has anyone here used these things?
