And camera failure won't be related to lens condensation; lenses are rated as watersealed or not, separate from the body. We're talking about camera body failure due to camera body exposure to rain, mist, or fog, short of actual submersion in water. The 5D Mark II was listed as being a sealed body, which is for exactly such "damp but not submerged" conditions. But it sounds as though that may not be the case, which is well worth knowing... C.
