Call FEMA at:  1-800-621-3362, and they should be able to tell you, or IFG (I
don't know what that stands for) in Albany, 1-866-346-0348, who is handling the
grant money distribution.  They should know, but I'll bet you are elligible.  I
think the application Deadline is in March.
