It probably gets it's very good Wilhelm rating from the high quality of the color pigments used in the mix, as well as, of course, the carbon. As a blend of color and carbon, it's an open question whether it's more lightfast than the MIS and Cone B&W inks. I do agree with you that the HP Z3100/3200 pigments are impressive.
