So if you are going to print enough to use a CIS - why not just get the new 3880? They are no more expensive than a 2880 once you include the value of the extra ink you get with a 3880 and you won't have the hassle of resetting the ink cartridges /CIS and wasting ink on cleaning cycles every 5 prints (as one cartridge after another empties). Plus you get 17" wide printing and despite that they are not much bigger than a 2880.
