I'm sure there are.

When I started this I checked a couple of the wetting agents mentioned in the article, and availability in the age of the disappearing darkroom was (and will be) a major issue.

The author of that article notes: " ... this author prefers a blend of secondary alcohol ethoxylates ..."

I agree.  That is why I've moved to a blend of Photo Flo, Edwal LFN and Tergitol 15-S-7.
