Prints from QTR versus Colorbyte IP

I have a copy of Imageprint and just upgraded it to version 9. I use it for my art repro business for printing color images on cotton and canvas on my 9900. It has, what appears to me, a beginner in B&W, some incredible black and white capabilities using Colorbyte's narrow gamut black and white profiles. I have been contemplating setting up my 7800 with MIS Eboni and driving it with QTR. After being very impressed with the ImagePrint black and white output I wondering if I'm going to get something better with the Eboni/QTR route. SO other than Colorbyte RIP, $2500 versus QTR $50, what are the advantages/differences of using MIS/Cone and QTR? Thanks your response. Clark
