Digital BW, The Print

So after a frustrating week of trying to make bw prints on my 2000p I
broke down and ordered a 1280 as well as some VM ink. 

Now I'm just chomping at the bit to start making prints, but the
machine probably won't be here until next week, sigh. 

In the meantime, is there a good resource someone can recommend for
paper choices? I plan to start with epson's archival matte, but it
would be nice to get a sense of other papers people have had good luck
with, as well as which ones should be avoided.
