Phil, can you just go to the recent one, or do you have to install all
the others first?

Thanks,

Jerry

You need to install 10.1 first. Then you can install any of the later
updates. Software update...if you use it...which I think you must if you
are downloading...will determine what you need and what you don't. With
system X, you never remove anything...just run the update. Although it is a
little money...I like to buy the operating system periodically to have a
disk to install from...but I'm assuming that you probably bought 10.1. In
fact I believe that you had to unless it came with your machine. 10 to 10.1
was not a free upgrade (I think it cost me $29...and you had to
buy...couldn't download).

Robert, I do have system 10.1 installed. I was able to actually download the 2 updaters for the security, and the one for the installer. But
when I tried to get system 1.0.3, It got 90 percent done with the download, and then an "error" occurred. This happened 3 times today, and
i'm really ready to give up. I had to pay $129 for system 1.01, and It was practically obsolete in a month. I'm continually being cut off
without warning from netscape. Just cuts me off. No warning, no nothing. Tomorrow, I either tell my telephone company to fix this or I'm
changing to a new phone company for internet use.

You might find iGetter helpful. It is software that resumes broken
downloads, without having to start the download from scratch again and
again and again.

The only problem with it is that some sites will not allow the
resumption of broken downloads. Anyway, you can download a trail version
from:
