How do you boot photoshop 7 if you're currently running System X1.03c

Does anyone know how to make Photoshop 7 start from the classic 9.2 system IF you are currently running System X1.0.3? I can't use
Photoshop 7 in system X1.0.3 because none of the plug ins work, the scanners don't work, the printers can't print, etc. etc. (and yes, the
plugins are all in the System 7 plugins folder, with an alias in the export/import folder in system X1.0.3).

If you can upgrade to the latest OS X 1.1.4.

Install another copy of Photoshop while in OS 9 - not classic.
Assign it no more than 299Megs. Then restart in OS X and then
launch Classic. Go to the newly installed Photoshop icon and
Get Info. You will see a check box asking if you would like to
launch in Classic - check yes. Launch Photoshop and it should
launch in classic.
