Digital BW, The Print

I was having problems with my printer and based upon several threads on-line
with users with similar configurations I decided it was time to get some new
cartridges for my CIS and re-prime the system.

However, for some reason, neither my Black nor my Yellow line seem to be
able to hold a vacuum and do not draw ink into the cartridges.

There is currently air in both lines.

What do I do now?
