Print comparison of MIS and Cone Piezo output

Print comparison of MIS and Cone Piezo output

2002-08-23 by dmeriwether16

I am looking for a "custom lab" that can give me a straight 8x10 print
from a Photoshop bw file. I want to compare results of MIS and Cone
Piezo outputs on the same paper from the same file. Does anyone have
suggestions of a printer who would do either or both processes?

Hi,

Disclaimer/shameless plug: I work for this company. :)

You can try

http://photovillage.com

We have an Epson 9000 set up with warm neutral PiezoTone inks. We generally
print on Photo Rag 308.

We are currently revamping our web site and the printing/Imacon scan/drum
scan prices aren't listed yet.

If you wish, you can send me an email including your phone # at

jon AT photovillage DOT com

and I'll give you a call to discuss your test.

Thanks,

Jon

I have worked with Bob Cornelis over at ColorFolio.
www.colorfolio.com. They are located in Sonoma County, and he has an
Epson 7000 setup with the Piezography inks and drivers. He also
helps me out with my color work, as well with LightJet prints.
