well my wife is... BTW I'm in Barcelona, and if you ask anyone who lives
here, it is Catalua - ask anyone from Madrid and Barcelona is Spain! There
has been a poster campaign (in English) this summer to remind everyone that
Catalua wants to be independent and isn't (apologies to any Spanish readers
for my flip version of the politics)

Ahh, the old linguistic fascism of MS ;-0 - I was very impressed with Adobe
when they started offering up 'international English as an option. Maybe as
we live here we call it by it's name - and 'Catalua is my only word of
Catalan! I don't here 'estados unidos' coming from anywhere!

"Catalua", "Sardegna"...does no one speak English anymore: what's wrong
with "Catalonia" and "Sardinia"? After all, we don't say "Deutschland" or
"Sverige"; nor do we say "Espana" ;-)
