PiezoBW (not PT) black = FS/VM black (at least as a practical matter if not
truly coming out of the same chemical company vat).

Sorry, the FS and VM magenta and yellows are different densities.  The VM
density has to cover the area covered by both the FS Y & M, so its density
is between the two.

The FS, VM and PiezoBW cyan densities are the same.  The vm-s cyan = fs-n
cyan.
