I suspect that the ink is drying out in your tubes. Letting the carts sit
after the nozzle checks allows the pressure to equalize, but printing soon
creates low pressure in the carts so that the ink flow is starved (my
theory).

I concur with the advice to chuck it all & start over. Date your ink bottles
& start fresh annually. My experience has been that the ink lasts about 18
mos, but YMMV.

When I had the K tube clog, I replaced the tube & cart. I attached the K
tube to the CMY tubes with cable ties, being careful to apply just enough
tension to hold, but not to choke. -BK

Try: http://www.mcmaster.com/ and search for "tygon tubing". No
mention of multiples. They probably have the bottles too. A good
source for almost anything mechanical. Product descriptions are very
helpful.

If you do that search, what you want is on page 2 and is described as :
Lab

 Tygon Formulation: R-3603
 Temperature Range: -58 to +165 F
 Color: Clear
 Durometer, Shore A: 55 (soft)
 Tensile Strength: 1650 psi
 Elongation: 450%
 Fittings: Barbed
Offers chemical resistance to most inorganic chemicals. Tubing has a
smooth, nonporous bore to prevent material buildup. Great for use with
peristaltic pumps, incubators, desiccators, and drain lines
