Win2k and Piezo driver version 6

I have installed v6 of the piezo driver on a Windows 2000 PC and when I try to export using the piezo export dialog there are no media types or inks that are selectable in the drop down boxes -- just unsupported. Has anyone seen this, and more importantly do they know how to fix it? -- Kevin Gulstene
