Strange 'echo' image appearing

I'm starting to get a very odd printing problem with my 1160 and MIS setup. It appears almost like a faint ghost 'echo' of the image, displaced by approx 3 inches to the right, and only appearing in a 1/2 inch horizontal band. This is a very critical time, as I'm printing a large exhibition. Has anyone experienced this problem or have a suggestion for a fix?
