Is it any way it would be available for the Pc?
It would help a lot of photographers.

Yes, it's Mac OS X only.  Availability for Windows
unfortunately, is not easy.  I'm not very familar with internals
of Windows so I haven't any idea how much work it would be.

There are a few people getting it running on Linux but even
just getting Linux running isn't an easy task.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
