SK 168 Chip Re-setter Fit Problem Update

SK 168 Chip Re-setter Fit Problem Update

2003-09-09 by Tom Husband

A couple weeks ago I wrote about the re-setter not fitting the color
cartridge from MIS. Looks like it's a problem. Here's the note I
wrote to MIS and their reply:

Dear Tom,

We have passed this problem on to the manufacturer so they can look
at doing a design change. We can not exchange it for you now but
when we get a new shipment in we can exchange it for you. You are
not doing anything wrong.

Thank you,
MIS Associates, Inc.
Pamela

I bought some empty ARC T009 EC and T007 EC carts to use with your
Ultratone ink. I just refilled for the first and tried to use the
SK168. It worked fine on the T007 but doesn't seem to fit up with
the T009. None of the key slots seem to match up. Am I missing
something?

Thanks,

Tom Husband

Tom - great news, could you keep us posted as to when
they get the replacements in?

Thanks,
Don
