Digital BW, The Print

Is there a Mac expert out there that can help me?
I had to reinstall OSX which I have done, now I find that I cannot get the "Advanced" 
option to show in my print center when I attempt to reinstall my gimp printer. Yes I 
am holding down the option key when I click on "Add Printer"  I am sure the filing 
system is screwed up somewhere. Does anyone know how to remove all the print 
drivers etc and reinstall them without reinstalling the entire os?

You did install Ghostscript first?

I've had similar problems. The Gimp print installer comes with an 
uninstaller. Uninstall, then reinstall. worked for me.

You can install ghostscript before or after.
Repair permissions and restart. If that doesn't work go for the utility  
I mentioned.
The OSX group is very helpful - quite a few of us are on here and the  
photoshop group as well

Thanks to all, I now have Quadtone printing again. The repair utility seemed to do the 
trick by allowing me to un-install the Epson drivers. 
I have re-installed Gimp and Ghostprint, Quadtone and the Epson 2200 drivers in that 
order. I did install the Quadprint and that's working, but after installing the standard 
2200 I cannot get the advance menu to appear. No matter, it's working and I think 
that I shall leave well alone!

It may reappear after a reboot (something we rarely have to do).
I had a similar issue while running a 750 and a 1280 at the same time.
