Isabel..
The "blobs" are usually caused by filling the CIS bottles too high..
You can alleviate THAT problem by RAISING your printer about an inch higher than the bottles..( I used an old "SHUTTERBUG" magazine under the printer)..Your other problem appears to be "banding"..Search the group archives..You may find an answer..
I would of course also place a call to Media Street..

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
