Truman,

Sorry to hear of your issues with PWP. I, too, have owned and used PWP since 3.1. IMO, creating masks is much easier and more efficient in PWP than in PS.

To the point of your post... Sounds like some sort of screw up with the service that handles dl-c's online ordering. All my dealings with Digital Light & Color have been via online transactions and I've never had a problem. I know this isn't much help to you, though! Also, I have always found Jonathan to be very responsive to e-mails sent to his support address; support@.... There must be something going on with him or the company. I would suggest, maybe, contacting the online ordering service. Don't have that info at my fingertips at the moment, but if you need it and you think it may help e-mail me off-list and I'll dig up the info.

Good luck.

Alan Huntley

I've always liked the product and it almost seems there is an issue with
the company. The strange thing is the CD arrived at the end of last week
and it appears to have been sent by DL&C. I'm going to keep trying.

Thanks
Truman
