UT inkset question

UT inkset question

2003-12-13 by Chris Hargens

I've just installed the UT inkset in my 1280. I'm finding that the
yellow and light cyan UT equivalents look alike. Something wrong here?

Chris,

The yellow-position ink of the UT inkset should be lighter than the light
cyan. However, if you are just looking at a purge pattern, that may not
accurately tell you how dark the light cyan is.

Chris:

There are color swatches on the MIS site. I forget exactly where they
are but they are there. Bob there told me they were from dipping EEM
into the bottles then scanning them. Of course you have all the
scanning, conversion, monitor color balancing, your print profile
problems when you try to compare yours with the site's. My purge
strips don't color match the site very well at all but it may help
ease your mind a bit.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
