Since the Mac/1290 looks to be a major standard in Europe, I'm happy to
write curves for it if someone with a scanner can send me good scans of the
test strips.

I included a sheet with the  printed  MAC test strips for you in my 
package for the ongoing Print Exchange. Should reach you soon.
On the PC the 1280 curves seem to work very well for the 1290.
