Digital BW, The Print

I've seen some prints using quadtone inks but I did not ask which printer nor which brand/
type of quadtone inks had been used. I'd really appreciate some advice. I currently own an 
Epson 820 (very unreliable and poor quality color) and will replace this printer very soon. 
My color prints usually are ordered from Ofoto or SnapFish or even from the kiosk at Sam's 
Club; I'm quite satisfied with the results but these are the usual travel photos that we like 
to have in our family albums. When I do B&W, I'd like to have some options.

I've never tried it but, perhaps, a service like Ofoto would do the job well?

As you can see, I'm very open to suggestions. As far as price goes, if I can keep the printer 
under $200, it would be a good thing.
