I've found MIS service spectacular as well. Contact
them by phone - and most likely your problem will be
solved immediately.
When I had an issue with my black ink, a replacement
was sent out immediately - without charge or hassle.
Now compare this with another quad ink provider that
requires you to prove that you actually have a
problem. Not by phone of course, and two months later
you receive the replacement cartridge. And then it
happens again on your next (last) order.
