Digital BW, The Print

Is there any place where one could order a fine art black and white print along with a 
digital file of the print? I think it would be a helpful tool as far as setting up a printer and 
matching tonal scale.

Shouldn't be a problem for any print shop to return a file with a print (if you pay separately 
for scanning). Keep in mind though that a digital file edited for output on the specific RIP/
printer/paper/ink combo of the print shop will not print identically on your own (different) 
setup.
