Flaking on Ilford Smooth Fine Art paper with Epson U/chrome inks

I have some spots where the ink has come off on the above combination. Is this combination more prone to flaking than others? With the demonstration papers that came with the 2100 I had no problem. Come to think of it, the only picture which had a problem was in color, the b and white were fine on the Ilford too. Any ideas Thanks in advance. Yaakov Asher Sinclair
