Digital BW, The Print

I'm using the latest version of Quadtone RIP to print to my Epson 2200. I'm using Mac OS X 
version 10.3.5.

I'm unable to the print using the highest "2880" setting in the Quadtone RIP print dialog 
box. Is this a known problem, or have my settings become corrupted? I'm able to set the 
pulldown to this option, but all that happens is that the image goes to the print spooler, 
and then disappears from the queue without a printout.

I believe it's a known issue.
